Mark Culbertson - Founder & CEO
Mark Culbertson has 20 years of television and sales experience, which began in software & communications marketing with companies such as Motorola Communications & Teletrac, Inc. As co-founder of The Morris Brothers original characters, he later launched his television career at FOX, where he co-created, wrote, produced and directed over 300 thirty- and sixty-second FCC-compliant family-friendly educational variety segments featuring The Morris Brothers for the FOX Kids Network. Mark also wrote, produced and delivered the 30-minute special, The Adventures of the Morris Brothers, which was awarded a Heartland Regional Emmy for Best Direction. Mark received his B.A. in Marketing at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. Mark currently oversees all production, management, and day-to-day operations of Between Your Ears Entertainment's live touring, digital media and e-learning curriculum divisions.


Dwayne Bright - Director of Sales, Syndication & Distribution
Dwayne Bright has over 15 years experience in the areas of Television Programming Acquisition, Scheduling and Syndication Sales. As Director of Programming for Fox Broadcasting's satellite/cable network Fox Net, Dwayne oversaw programming operations for the channel, and as an Account Executive for 20th Television, he marketed 20th Television film and television syndicated content to local stations across the U.S. Dwayne currently oversees The Morris Brothers sales team for the live touring division and is responsible for future television licensing and syndication of all branded content currently in production.


Stacey Davis - Advisory Board Member
Stacey Davis is a senior executive for M West Holdings, LLC, a Los Angeles based real estate company, and has extensive experience in underwriting, analyzing and financing multi-million dollar transactions as well as developing and implementing operations for growing organizations. From 1998-2004, Stacey served as chief financial officer and president of TPMC Realty Corporation, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm where he was involved in transactions totaling over $700 million. Stacey is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.


James Caldwell, M.Ed.,LPC - Curriculum Coordinator
James Caldwell is a counselor at Hope Works counseling agency in Plano, TX, where he works with children (ages 9 and older), adolescents and adults specializing in anger/stress management, bullying, classroom behavior, and parenting skills. In addition, James has been a featured speaker at the Texas State PTA Leadership Convention presenting workshops such as "Dealing with Angry and Defiant Adolescents & Children," "Creative Ways to Keep Kids Drug Free" and "Classroom Discipline." As co-founder of The Morris Brothers original characters, James Caldwell currently contributes curriculum outlines, lesson plans, reference material and additional classroom follow-up material for all Between Your Ears e-learning topics in production.


Heather Brown, M.Ed., B.A. Psychology - Curriculum Coordinator
Heather Brown is a teacher at Mar Vista Elementary School in the Los Angeles Unified School District, where she has been instructing kindergarten students as well as, first, second, and fifth graders for five years. Heather specializes in teaching social skills and organizing classroom procedures and positive behavior plans as a constructive method to encourage students to reach their greatest potential. Heather has also spent two years as the Health Education Coordinator (HEP) for Mar Vista, where she is responsible for educating staff and parents about anti-bullying programs, implementing the "Too Good for Drugs" and "Second Step" programs, and creating a school bulletin featuring the "Character Trait of the Month."


Kerri Schwartz, M.Ed., M.S. Administration - Curriculum Coordinator
During Kerri Schwartz's 11-year career, her dedication to education has been to foster student success. Currently working as a middle school English teacher at Calmont School in Calabasas, CA. She has been responsible for working with students to problem solve, participate in conflict resolution and building self esteem. She is committed to learning and helping her students be successful. Through her lesson plans, Kerri has created a "Survivor Series" component for students based on literature where students learn to work together and understand the importance of teamwork. Kerri has also had many of her students poetry published in an anthology titled "A Celebration of Young Poets." She is a dynamic and creative middle school educator with a strong commitment to student learning, achievement and development. Kerri holds a Master of Arts degree in Education and a Master of Science degree in administration from Pepperdine University.
